1. Unlimited revisions within scope
Standard packages include unlimited reasonable adjustments to text, timing, locations, branding, music, and provided media within the original agreed concept and property.
2. Work outside the original scope
- A different subject property requires a new order.
- A new concept or complete change of creative direction may require a new order or custom quote.
- Additional formats, languages, durations, voice-over, custom animation, or new media after approval may be charged separately.
3. Refund eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on whether work has started, resources have been committed, and deliverables have already been provided. Insert the business’s specific cancellation windows, partial-refund rules, and legally required consumer rights before launch.
4. Custom services
Custom projects may have different payment milestones, cancellation terms, revision rounds, and non-refundable deposits. The written quote or project agreement should identify those terms.
5. Incorrect client information
The client is responsible for factual accuracy. Errors caused by incorrect or incomplete client information are not the service’s responsibility, although in-scope corrections may be made during the revision process.
6. How to request help
Contact support with the order reference, property, issue, and requested resolution. Add a formal response and escalation process before publication.
