1. About LocationFrame
LocationFrame provides custom property-location videos for real estate listings, land, commercial spaces, hospitality properties, developments, and other location-based assets.
Our videos may combine client-provided media, listing information, location details, map-style visuals, nearby points of interest, captions, branding, and other visual elements to help present a property or location in a clearer and more engaging way.
LocationFrame is a creative video and marketing asset service. We are not a real estate broker, real estate agent, legal advisor, financial advisor, appraiser, surveyor, architect, or property inspector.
2. Services
LocationFrame offers fixed video packages and custom quote services. Package details, deliverables, video length, nearby point limits, formats, and included features are described on the website at the time of purchase.
Services may include, depending on the selected package:
- Property-location video creation
- Editing of client-provided photos, footage, or listing media
- Location and nearby point presentation
- Map-style animation or location storytelling
- Captions, labels, call-to-action text, and branding elements
- Output files in one or more formats
- In-scope revisions according to the selected package
We may update, improve, rename, or restructure our packages over time. Changes do not affect orders already accepted unless both parties agree.
3. Client Responsibilities
To complete a video, the client must provide accurate and complete information, including when applicable:
- Property address, approximate location, or listing URL
- Property type and key details
- Nearby places or location highlights
- Photos, video footage, logo files, branding assets, or media links
- Preferred contact details and call-to-action text
- Any restrictions, required disclaimers, or compliance requirements
The client is responsible for making sure they have the legal right to provide and use any submitted media, branding, listing content, logos, property details, and other materials.
The client is also responsible for reviewing the final video before publication and confirming that all property information, locations, names, labels, prices, claims, and visual references are accurate.
4. Accuracy of Property and Location Information
LocationFrame creates videos based on information provided by the client and publicly available or client-approved location context.
While we aim to present information clearly and professionally, we do not independently verify every property fact, address, boundary, distance, school zone, transport route, business location, amenity, legal description, zoning status, property condition, or investment claim.
The client must verify all factual claims before using the video in advertising, listings, social media, emails, presentations, or any other public or private marketing material.
5. No Guarantee of Results
LocationFrame videos are designed to improve presentation and help viewers better understand the property and its location context.
We do not guarantee:
- A property sale
- A faster sale
- A specific number of buyer enquiries
- A specific number of leads
- A specific return on investment
- A higher sale price
- Platform approval for ads or listings
- Performance on social media, paid ads, or property portals
Any examples, portfolio videos, or marketing statements are for demonstration purposes only and should not be interpreted as guaranteed results.
6. Orders and Payment
Payments for fixed packages may be processed through third-party checkout providers such as Whop or another payment processor used by LocationFrame.
By placing an order, the client agrees to pay the listed price for the selected package or the agreed custom quote price.
An order is considered active once payment has been received and the client has submitted the required project details.
We may refuse, pause, or cancel an order if:
- Required information is missing
- The submitted content is inappropriate, misleading, illegal, or violates third-party rights
- The project falls outside the selected package scope
- The client requests work that we cannot reasonably complete
- Payment fails, is disputed, reversed, or flagged as suspicious
7. Project Scope
Each package includes the deliverables listed on the website at the time of purchase.
Examples of out-of-scope requests may include:
- Additional videos not included in the package
- Extra formats beyond the package
- Major creative direction changes after production has started
- New property locations not included in the original brief
- Replacing the original project with a different property
- Advanced custom animations not included in the selected package
- Voiceover, scriptwriting, ad management, media buying, or marketing strategy unless specifically included or quoted
- Revisions caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client
Out-of-scope requests may require an additional quote.
8. Revisions
LocationFrame may include revisions according to the selected package. Unless stated otherwise, revisions are limited to the original project brief and original deliverables.
In-scope revisions may include:
- Correcting text, labels, contact details, or minor visual issues
- Adjusting timing, pacing, or basic sequence order
- Replacing a small number of visuals when replacement assets are provided
- Updating nearby place labels or simple location text
- Fixing mistakes caused by LocationFrame
Revisions do not include full project restarts, new creative direction, changing the property, adding a new location, creating a new video concept, or replacing the original brief after production has started.
9. Delivery
Delivery timelines may vary depending on workload, package type, project complexity, client response time, and the completeness of submitted materials.
Any delivery estimate shown on the website or communicated by email is an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline, unless we have explicitly agreed to a specific deadline in writing.
Delays caused by missing information, late feedback, unclear instructions, or unavailable assets are not the responsibility of LocationFrame.
10. Client Media and Content Rights
The client keeps ownership of the original materials they provide to LocationFrame.
By submitting materials to LocationFrame, the client grants us permission to use, edit, modify, adapt, combine, and process those materials solely for the purpose of creating and delivering the requested service.
The client confirms that they have the rights, permissions, and authority needed to submit and use all provided materials.
The client agrees not to submit content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, contractual rights, platform rules, listing agreements, or any other third-party rights.
11. Final Video Usage Rights
After full payment has been received, the client may use the final delivered video for their own property marketing, listings, social media, presentations, email marketing, and related promotional use.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or claim ownership of LocationFrame templates, editing systems, project files, source files, internal workflows, or reusable creative assets.
LocationFrame is not required to provide editable project files, source files, After Effects files, raw project folders, or internal production files unless agreed separately in writing.
12. Portfolio Use
Unless the client requests confidentiality in writing before the project begins, LocationFrame may display completed work, screenshots, previews, or short clips in our portfolio, website, social media, proposals, and marketing materials.
If a project contains sensitive information or unpublished listing details, the client should notify us before production begins.
13. Third-Party Platforms and Services
LocationFrame may use third-party services for payments, email delivery, video hosting, website hosting, analytics, forms, storage, or other business operations.
These services may include providers such as Whop, Resend, Vimeo, Vercel, or similar tools.
LocationFrame is not responsible for outages, delays, policy changes, account issues, platform restrictions, payment processor decisions, email deliverability issues, video hosting issues, or technical problems caused by third-party services.
14. Prohibited Uses
Clients may not use LocationFrame services or deliverables for:
- Illegal, fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive activity
- False property claims or false advertising
- Discriminatory housing or lending practices
- Content that violates real estate advertising laws or platform policies
- Infringing third-party intellectual property
- Harassment, impersonation, or misuse of another person’s identity
- Any use that could damage LocationFrame, our clients, or third parties
15. Cancellations
Cancellation and refund rules are described in our Refund & Revisions Policy.
Because LocationFrame provides custom creative services, refund eligibility depends on the project stage, work already completed, and whether production has started.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocationFrame is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of our website, services, videos, or deliverables.
Our total liability for any claim related to a paid service is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
17. Indemnification
The client agrees to indemnify and hold LocationFrame harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
- Client-provided materials
- Incorrect or misleading property information
- Unauthorized use of media, logos, footage, or listing content
- Client use of the final video
- Violation of these Terms
- Violation of laws, regulations, platform policies, or third-party rights
18. Website Content
Website content, examples, package descriptions, visuals, portfolio items, and marketing copy are provided for general informational purposes.
We may update website content at any time without notice.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
